Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policies

I do my best to describe my items accurately, but shopping online can be difficult when you can’t physically handle the thing you want to buy. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions before you purchase, especially if you have specific requirements. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I’m happy to accept returns within 7 days after receipt, provided the item(s) arrives undamaged and is packaged in the original packaging (you pay return shipping). Once I receive the return as described, I will issue you a full refund. Custom pet portraits, however, are not returnable.

I ship all of my items via USPS, either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, all with tracking, which I provide you via email. Shipping times will vary depending on what you order, and I do my best to provide you with a time frame in our initial conversations. Should you require an item to arrive by a specific date, please let me know immediately upon ordering. I take great care in packaging my glass. If the unthinkable happens and your item arrives in pieces, please take a photo with the packaging, and I will issue you a refund and then deal with the post office.
